Mrs. Nkiruka Happiness Johnson, ACIArb, Esq., is the Head of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Department at Erugo’s Attorneys and Consultants, where she brings over a decade of experience resolving high-stakes disputes across civil, commercial, investment, matrimonial, and construction-related matters.

She is a highly respected arbitration counsel, courtroom advocate, and litigation strategist, known for her ability to guide clients through contentious proceedings with precision, empathy, and strategic foresight. Her work encompasses a diverse array of legal conflicts—ranging from complex contractual claims and shareholder disputes to matrimonial causes, divorce petitions, and family settlement litigation.
