Mrs. Nkiruka Happiness Johnson, ACIArb, Esq., is the Head of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Department at Erugo’s Attorneys and Consultants, where she brings over a decade of experience resolving high-stakes disputes across civil, commercial, investment, matrimonial, and construction-related matters.

She is a highly respected arbitration counsel, courtroom advocate, and litigation strategist, known for her ability to guide clients through contentious proceedings with precision, empathy, and strategic foresight. Her work encompasses a diverse array of legal conflicts—ranging from complex contractual claims and shareholder disputes to matrimonial causes, divorce petitions, and family settlement litigation.

Mrs. Johnson has represented clients before arbitral panels constituted under leading institutional frameworks, including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and Nigeria’s domestic arbitration tribunals.
