Ms. Ifeolowa Rachael leads the Election Petition and Debt Recovery Practice at Erugo’s Attorneys and Consultants, where she provides robust legal leadership in politically sensitive disputes and high-stakes financial recovery matters. Known for her tactical precision and disciplined legal reasoning, she represents candidates, political parties, and corporate clients in some of the most contentious and time-sensitive cases within Nigeria’s legal system.

A graduate of law and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Ms. Rachael has distinguished herself through a successful track record in election petition litigation, including post-election challenges, pre-election disputes, and electoral rights enforcement. Her representation extends across the Electoral Tribunals and the Court of Appeal, where she advocates on issues involving nomination irregularities, vote manipulation, electoral fraud, and INEC compliance.

In her parallel role as a debt recovery specialist, Ms. Rachael leads client recovery strategies for banks, corporations, SMEs, and individuals.
